The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay, making my business trip much more enjoyable. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the free Wi-Fi and in-room amenities such as a fridge and coffee maker were very convenient.
The room had a strange smell that lingered throughout my stay, which detracted from the experience. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

Located near the MTR, the hotel is convenient for visiting the thermal valley. the area is full of great dining options. the rooms are well-decorated and the beds are comfortable, while the modern bathrooms are a highlight. the breakfast is tasty and varied, with plenty of options.
The hotel's public areas are quite small.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room at Hotel Royal. The queen-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were clean and fresh. The shower was a highlight, with a strong and powerful stream that was exactly to our liking. The buffet breakfast offered a good mix of Asian and Western dishes, and the coffee from the self-service machine was delicious. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with online research and answering all our questions. The location was excellent, with easy access to local eateries and shops. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Great hot springs and comfortable rooms. the location near a metro station was a nice perk.
Staff had limited English and there were hardly any local dining options nearby. Service felt lacking and wasn't suitable for a romantic escape.

The hotel boasts luxurious amenities such as a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. the exclusive hot spring bath in the room allowed for a peaceful and relaxing experience with stunning views. the restaurant served delectable dishes and accommodated special dietary needs. the location was convenient with easy access to local attractions and transport.
The service was slightly lacking, with a longer than expected wait time for check-in. this minor issue was overshadowed by the excellent facilities and amenities, making for a truly luxurious stay.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the MRT station. The room was spacious, and the private onsen was amazing. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
Don't have any issues at all.
